Our buyers handpick estate items with an eye for value and love of the unique. New jewelry pieces are acquired through jewelry store closeouts and our own custom jeweler.

Our GIA-trained staff use the latest digital technology, as well as traditional proven methods to test fine metals and gemstones. Each piece is individually inspected and tested with state of the art technology. If need be, gold purity is confirmed with traditional acid testing. Our GIA-trained gemologist also uses the latest electronic equipment, as well as GIA recommended optical equipment to identify, inspect, and weigh gemstones.

Size can be difficult to determine in online photographs. Therefore, we do our best to give measurements in English and metric. We also provide a photograph of each item next to a coin to help you obtain an accurate understanding of the size of each piece.

We suggest having your finger sized by a professional at a local jeweler, department store, mall kiosk or big box store. Rings with wider bands will fit more snugly on your finger so it may be necessary to purchase a slightly larger size if you are buying a ring with a wide band.

OurOur shipping department is lightning fast and our onsite jeweler makes it possible for us to size and ship most rings within 24 hours of purchase. We have often sized a ring and taken it to the post office within two hours of our customers pushing the checkout button! While this is not always possible, it is what we strive for so don’t be alarmed if you received that shipping email in record time!

That really depends on how fast you need the item. Our shipping department is extremely efficient and generally ships within 24 hours of purchase. Rings cannot be sized over the weekend and will be held for shipping on Monday if they require sizing. However, we do not have complete control over the postal system or other mail services so we suggest choosing an option that gives you a little wiggle room. Please note that our shipping department may request that you upgrade your shipping for more valuable items.

Approximate shipping times for items shipped within the contiguous United States are as follows:

• First Class: 3-5 Business Days
• Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
• Express Mail: Overnight to most zipcodes
• FedEx: Overnight and Saturday delivery available

• First Class: 3-4 weeks.
• Priority: Typically 2-4 weeks. Boxed items.
• Express: Typically 1 week or less
• FedEx: Please send us your full address for a quote. Our merchant account gives us deep discounts and we are happy to pass those along to you.

We often purchase large lots of pre-owned and estate jewelry which helps us keep our overhead costs low. Because we believe in fair pricing over insane jewelry industry markups, we pass these savings on to our customers.

We are happy to offer a 90 day layaway program for items over $200. Please contact us for details.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your item ships. International packages shipped via USPS will not show detailed tracking information after your package has left the US. The delay is usually with the receiving country's customs. Please check with them using your tracking number and remember that first class international packages can take 4-8 weeks to arrive.

We are pleased to offer complimentary appraisals upon request with items over $500. Simply contact us and we will include a hard copy with your order shipment or an electronic copy via email. For items less than $500, an appraisal can be included or emailed for a $25 fee.
