Description
This souvenir spoon will make an excellent addition to any collection or set! The sterling silver spoon features an ornately style handle with a beautiful floral design. The flowers have nice detailing and work their way gracefully down the face of the handle. The bowl of the spoon is accented with smooth enamel, which showcases a painted image of the Church of Guadaloupe in Juarez, Mexico. The name and location are painted above the building in black enamel. The enamel is in good condition and the colors are vibrant and lovely. The back of the stem is stamped Sterling, and is further accented with a floral design. This piece has some tarnish and discoloration spots, as can be expected with any vintage piece.
The spoon measures 5 1/4" tall, 1 3/32" (27.9mm) wide at the spoon's bowl, and weighs 14.7 grams.
